About High Elevation Baking

Built in Denver, for one baker in particular.

My wife bakes, and Denver altitude does not make that easy. Recipes written at sea level over-rise, sink, and dry out up here, and the fixes were scattered across a dozen charts and forum posts. So I built her a calculator that does the adjustments automatically.

It worked, she kept using it, and it seemed wrong to keep it to ourselves. That is the whole story.

The site is run by me, Adam Gusky. The calculator is free and stays free forever. It started as something I made for my wife, and charging everyone else for it never felt right.
